Robert Whitmore, MD

Robert Whitmore, MD, FAANS is Associate Professor of Neurosurgery, Director of Spinal Surgery, and Program Director of Neurosurgery at Lahey Clinic, Burlington, MA. He earned his medical degree from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and completed his Neurosurgery residency the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Whitmore performed a fellowship in minimally invasive and complex spinal surgery at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Whitmore previously served as Member-at-Large for the Congress of Neurological Surgeons Executive Committee and is past-president of the New England Neurosurgical Society.
