Kristen Jones MD, FAANS is a neurosurgeon specializing in spinal deformity and scoliosis at Duke University, where she is Associate Professor of Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery. She is an elected member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Neurosurgery-Spine, the AOSpine Knowledge Forum on Deformity, the Scoliosis Research Society Nominating Committee, and is the Annual Meeting Chair for the SRS IMAST meeting in 2025 in Glasgow, Scotland. As the current chair of the DSPN Research and Awards Committee, Dr. Jones is working to increase the range of funding and mentorship opportunities available for clinician-scholars focusing on unique, high-impact projects.
